Lumis Consult processes personal data in accordance with Moldova Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection and practices aligned with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. This policy explains what we collect through the site, why we use it, and your rights.

Through contact, consultation, or trademark registration forms we may process: name, email, phone number, trademark or business name, message content, and technical data generated automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via analytics or server logs where enabled. Trademark search may log the term entered and query parameters to operate the service and prevent abuse.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to: respond to enquiries and provide advice; conclude and perform service contracts; comply with legal and professional obligations; secure the site and improve user experience. Bases include consent (forms), contract or pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests (communication, security, aggregated statistics), and legal obligation where applicable.

4. Storage, security, and recipients

We retain data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or legal periods (e.g. contracts and professional correspondence). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (restricted access, encrypted communications where possible). We may share data with processors that assist us (hosting, email — e.g. Resend, Vercel/Neon infrastructure) under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your data.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection (where the law allows), and data portability where applicable.
